Job summary

Quench USA is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair water filtration systems, ice machines, and beverage dispensers at customer sites. You will operate a company vehicle and provide friendly, professional service.

Ideal candidates have mechanical aptitude, a valid license, the ability to lift 70 lbs, and strong communication skills. Training is provided and overtime may be available. This role emphasizes safe work practices and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude for working with tools and repairing equipment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive for work.
• Professional, service-minded demeanor with good communication.
• Ability to lift 70+ lbs, bend, squat, and climb.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to customer locations to install and maintain equipment.
• Routinely replace water filters, sanitize tanks, replace UV bulbs, and clear lines.
• Inspect equipment for leaks, malfunctions, and safety concerns.
• Follow safety policies and site procedures at all times.
• Maintain vehicle mileage logs and perform basic maintenance.
• Document service work using a tablet or mobile device.
• Provide professional customer service at each site visit and maintain punctual attendance.
