Job summary

Quench is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair our bottled and bottle-free water systems, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers, and coffee brewers at customer sites. You will work in a customer-facing role, troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

You will operate a company vehicle, lift 70+ lbs, document service work on a tablet, and deliver professional, timely service.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with experience using tools or repairing equipment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70+ lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive to customer locations to install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment.
• Routinely replace water filters, clean and sanitize tanks, change UV bulbs, and clear water lines.
• Inspect equipment for leaks, malfunctions, and safety concerns.
• Document service work using a tablet or mobile device.
• Provide professional and timely customer service at each site visit.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
