Job summary

Culligan Quench is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair water systems, ice machines, sparkling dispensers, and coffee brewers at customer sites. You will drive a company vehicle, perform routine maintenance, and ensure safety and customer satisfaction.

This role is customer-facing, requires mechanical aptitude, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 70+ lbs. Training is provided to ensure success on the job.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude to diagnose and repair equipment.
• Ability to operate a company vehicle and navigate routes.
• Professional, service-minded demeanor with strong communication.
• Must be 21+ and able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Drive to customer locations to install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment.
• Replace filters, sanitize tanks, change UV bulbs, and clear water lines.
• Inspect equipment for leaks and safety issues.
• Follow safety policies and site procedures.
• Maintain and document vehicle maintenance and mileage.
• Document service work using a tablet or mobile device.
• Provide professional customer service at each site visit.
