Job summary

AVI Foodsystems in Norcross, GA is seeking an energetic Service Technician to install, service and repair vending and merchandising equipment at client locations within a designated area. This full-time role includes building client relationships and delivering reliable, safe equipment operation.

You will perform routine preventative maintenance, order parts as needed, and participate in training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing automated vending and merchandising equipment or small appliances preferred.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Install new equipment at client locations within a designated area.
• Educate clients on using new equipment effectively.
• Execute minor vending equipment repairs and routine maintenance.
• Remove outdated equipment and test remaining devices.
• Build and maintain client relationships and provide reliable service.
• Order parts needed to complete repairs.
