Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' relevant heavy equipment field experience is required.
• Experience with Caterpillar and related equipment is preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply troubleshooting techniques and determine proper repair procedures on all assigned work orders.
• Service, diagnose and repair all machine components and systems at the customer’s jobsite.
• Disassemble, inspect and determine parts needed; reassemble to factory specifications.
• Document all work and repairs clearly and timely in service reports.
