Caterpillar is seeking a Field Service Representative to install, maintain and troubleshoot complex equipment at customer sites. The role includes on-site preventive maintenance, inspections, call-out services, and commissioning for turbomachinery and package systems.

Qualifikationen

• Pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) drug screen.
• Clean Driving Record (no moving violations in 12 months, no 2-point violations in 3 years, no DUIs in 7 years).
• Ability to obtain a Transportation Worker’s Identification Credential (TWIC).

Aufgaben

• Install, maintain and troubleshoot equipment at the customer's location using tools, parts and diagrams.
• Perform on-site preventive maintenance and inspection service work, call-out services and commissioning on turbomachinery and package systems.
• Use test equipment to diagnose malfunctions and refer to schematics and specs with guidance.
• Observe for faulty components and perform routine installations and adjustments.
• Support local Customer base while traveling from assigned region.
