Job summary

REIC Rentals is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, test, maintain, and repair rental equipment both in Williston and on customer sites. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and deliver hands-on support while upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of technical field service experience, can travel 50-75%, and hold a clean driving record (CDL a plus).

• 3+ years in equipment service or field maintenance.
• Ability to travel 50–75% with a valid driver's license.
• Safety-first approach and strong problem-solving.
• Good communication with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, maintain, and repair rental equipment at shop and customer sites.
• Diagnose issues and perform repairs or escalate to team experts.
• Provide hands-on customer support and training on equipment care.
• Maintain service records using company tools and systems.
• Travel to customer sites and support on-call rotations.
