Job summary
REIC Rentals LLC is seeking a Heavy Equipment Technician to support both shop repairs and field service work. You will diagnose and repair diesel- and gasoline-powered equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and manage field service calls to keep machines in the field where they belong.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in diesel or heavy equipment repair.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience servicing diesel and gasoline engines, hydraulics, and heavy equipment.
- Commitment to safety and quality work.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair diesel- and gasoline-powered equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and turnarounds.
- Inspect returned rental equipment for damage or service needs.
- Respond to field service calls to troubleshoot and repair on job sites.
- Identify and order parts needed for repairs.
- Track labor, parts, and service records accurately.
- Evaluate repair cost versus equipment value.
- Maintain a safe, organized work environment.
- Collaborate with a team of technicians in a fast-paced shop.
