Job summary

Veritas Medical Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to assemble, install and repair SmartDoors. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, electrical troubleshooting, client communication, and up to 60% travel domestically and internationally.

Training on Veritas SmartDoor building will be provided. Responsibilities include in-shop assembly, loading for transport, customer site installations, ongoing diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and delivering professional service reports.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with mechanical systems and hand/power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret construction and engineering drawings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and service reports.
• Self-starter, able to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and prioritization under pressure.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, stage, set up, and test SmartDoors at the Harleysville shop.
• Crate door components for transport and load crates onto trucks.
• Travel to customer sites for SmartDoor installation and finishes.
• Provide onsite diagnostics and servicing of shielded doors; write clear service reports.
• Represent Veritas professionally while traveling and interacting with clients.
• Attend team meetings and support cross-functional initiatives.
• Follow Veritas Core Values and safety protocols.
