Job summary

Veritas Medical Solutions seeks a Field Service Technician to assemble, install, and repair Veritas SmartDoors®. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, electrical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients.

Travel is up to 60%, including international trips on occasion. Responsibilities include building SmartDoors in the Harleysville shop, delivering and installing at client sites, and providing remote and on-site support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with mechanical systems and use of hand/power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret construction and engineering drawings.
• Capable of using a computer/tablet for project forms and service reports.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, stage, test SmartDoors at Harleysville shop.
• Travel to customer sites for SmartDoor installation and servicing.
• Provide onsite diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and customer training.
