Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform field service calls at customer sites for installation, commissioning, and repairs.
• Provide training to customer personnel on operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Execute quality checks on repaired equipment and document service activities thoroughly.
• Meet service delivery targets including response time and first-time fix rate.
• Communicate with field service management and support teams to resolve issues.
• Offer technical support by phone and email, including after-hours coverage.
• Contribute feedback to quality engineering for equipment improvements.
• Attend required training and technician meetings; comply with safety practices.
