Job summary

The Field Service Technician role at ProSearch RecruitingPartners involves traveling to customer sites across the United States to install, commission, and service CNC machinery. The position requires 90-100% travel and the ability to reside within 50 miles of a major airport.

You will document all service work, troubleshoot issues, and maintain strong customer relations while meeting safety guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with field service or commissioning roles.
• Ability to document service activities clearly and accurately.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the US.

Responsibilities

• Support sales staff by servicing equipment at customer sites.
• Install new equipment and commission at customer sites.
• Provide solutions for service and repair needs.
• Document service performed and future needs.
• Maintain safety and OSHA/MIOSHA compliance.
• Prepare timesheets and expense reports promptly.
• Communicate effectively with other departments.
