The Role

As a Field Service Technician, you'll be addressing Particle Measuring Systems customer equipment maintenance and repair needs. The position is tasked with assuring customer satisfaction through timely and efficient maintenance and repair and continual improvement in the quality of our products and services. This position is an onsite service technician for our partners in Pennsylvania with additional travel in support of regional installation base (50% initially - rising to 100% in 2028).

Job Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• This is an onsite position located at one of our industry partner sites in Pennsylvania
• This role operates primarily in an office/lab environment. Must be able to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods of time
• Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs. required
• Travel: 50% initially; up to 100% by 2028

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary range: $29 - $43 per hour, depending on experience
