Job summary

NCR Voyix Corporation seeks a Field Service Technician I to service and install electromechanical systems across an assigned territory, including self-checkout hardware for major retail clients. The role requires hands-on mechanical aptitude, strong troubleshooting, and a commitment to customer service.

Candidates must be local to the Washington, DC area, have a valid US work authorization, and be at least 18 years old. A company vehicle is provided and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and some specific hardware and operating system familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
