Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I to support customers in Albany, GA. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electromechanical self-checkout systems and related equipment within an assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to Albany, GA area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills and basic electronic skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with multiple hours driving daily.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Able to lift 75 lbs without assistance and 150 lbs with assistance.
• Willing to be trained on small scissor lifts to service networking equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
