Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I to join its growing field services team in Georgia. You will work on installation, maintenance, and service calls for major retailers, gaining hands-on experience and advancing within a global technology company.

Based in Macon, GA, you will support electromechanical equipment, participate in training programs, and benefit from company-provided vehicle, medical insurance, paid holidays, and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and some hardware and operating system familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Preferred certifications such as A+/CompTIA/N+ are a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
