Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I in Memphis, TN to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment in a retail environment. You will be the first-line service contact, triaging issues and performing PM work across an assigned territory.

The role offers hourly pay between $17 and $19, overtime eligibility, and a benefits package including holidays, vacation, 401K, a company vehicle, and health insurance. Training is provided to grow your skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a local candidate for the geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills and basic electronics familiarity.
• Willing to travel and work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, PM work, and system overhauls.
