Aramark is seeking a Service Technician to repair and recondition equipment at profit centers or customer locations. The role includes diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, performing repairs, and assisting customers with equipment-related questions and problems.

You will install equipment for customer accounts, document work, and maintain service levels across locations while upholding safety standards and the company image.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Solid understanding in repairing small electrical appliances.
• Must be willing to learn how to connect equipment to water sources, add additional lines and drainage when vital.
• Must be willing to learn how to work with copper, braided and pex lines.
• The ability to read and write in English is required.
• Must also possess effective communication and customer service skills.
• Incumbent must have an acceptable driving record and a qualified driver's license.
• This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking & standing.
• Uniforms and/or PPE usage may be required.

Responsabilités

• Call on customers as assigned to investigate operating difficulties of equipment.
• Diagnose problems and determine the nature of the correction.
• Make repairs or adjustments to return equipment to working order.
• Clean and maintain equipment on location and exchange decanters or clean brewers.
• Document closing calls, invoices, assets, and required customer documentation.
• Repair and refurbish equipment; maintain spare parts levels.
• Accurately collect work completed using a mobile device.
• Maintain good relations with customers to uphold the company image.
• Handle scheduled and unscheduled service activities including emergency service calls.
• Keep service area and vehicle clean and organized; follow safety guidelines.
