Job summary

Aramark seeks a Service Technician in Minneapolis to repair and recondition equipment at customer locations and profit centers. You will install equipment for client accounts, diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, and provide prompt technical support to resolve questions or problems.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, English literacy, a solid foundation in electrical repair, and a willingness to learn water connections and piping.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Solid understanding in repairing small electrical appliances.
• Must be willing to learn how to connect equipment to water sources, add lines and drainage.
• Must be willing to learn to work with copper, braided and PEX lines.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose operating difficulties of equipment and determine correction.
• Make repairs or adjustments to return equipment to working order.
• Clean and maintain equipment on location and exchange decanters/clean brewers.
• Document closing calls, invoicing, asset verification, and customer paperwork.
• Repair and refurbish equipment; maintain spare parts levels.
• Maintain accurate records on a mobile device.
