Job summary

Flow Control Group is seeking a practical Maintenance Technician to install, service, and repair pumps and fans across our customer sites. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, calibrate equipment, and document work performed with clear reports and photos.

The role requires a High school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work overtime, including evenings and weekends. Safety procedures and OSHA guidelines apply on every job site.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical/technical experience.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Clean and valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
• Excellent technical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work overtime, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Installation: properly install pumps and fans per specs and standards.
• Maintenance: perform routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend lifespan.
• Repair: diagnose and repair malfunctioning pumps/fans promptly.
• Calibration: calibrate pumps/fans to required specs.
• Documentation: keep detailed service records and photos.
