Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of field technician experience.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with travel up to a week.
• Able to operate hand tools, electronic equipment, and construction tools.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Testing and repairing equipment by traveling to the customer site.
• Troubleshooting and installation of equipment.
• Attend to customer needs as required.
• Confirm equipment is functional after service.
• Occasional telephone support to assist troubleshooting.
