Provide service and support for Peak Technologies supported equipment, including installations, repairs, preventative maintenance, calibration, and sales support. Manage your territory proactively, utilizing management reports and data. Develop contingency and support plans, and continually seek efficiency improvements. Maintain high customer satisfaction, treating each service event as a growth opportunity. Promote positive relationships with customers and internal teams, and ensure compliance with safety policies.
Primary language: English. Capable of effective communication in groups and individually. No direct supervision responsibility.
Responsible for achieving business targets, making informed decisions, and maintaining relationships with sales, customer service, and management teams.
