The role involves on-site service, installation, and customer-facing duties with a company-provided vehicle. Qualified candidates should have mechanical or electrical service experience, a valid driver's license, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or electrical service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site service, maintenance, and repairs on pressure washers and floor care machines (e.g., scrubbers, vacuums, extractors)
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective solutions
• Install new equipment and ensure proper setup and functionality
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate updates to internal teams
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent Kelsan professionally in the field
• Travel locally to customer sites using a company-provided service vehicle
