ManpowerGroup is representing an American industrial manufacturing and automation company seeking a Field Service Technician (Press Brake) to join the team in Milwaukee/Madison, WI. You will support customers nationwide as part of the Field Service Department.

The role requires installing, maintaining, and repairing advanced machinery, with up to 90% travel, starting at $29/hr. Strong problem-solving, mechanical aptitude, and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and technical skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel extensively (75–90% overnight travel).
• Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair advanced OEM machinery at customer sites
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues to ensure optimal performance and safety
• Complete service documentation and manage reports for accurate invoicing
• Provide hands-on customer support and training while traveling up to 90% nationally
