Job summary

Cincinnati Incorporated in Milwaukee seeks a Field Service Representative to install, troubleshoot, and service press brakes and related systems at customer sites across the Midwest. This home-based role requires extensive travel and hands-on work with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components.

You will coordinate with customers, complete service documentation, and maintain equipment to maximize uptime. A company vehicle and paid training are provided.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic principles.
• Strong diagnostics and technical aptitude.
• Ability to travel overnight at least 75%.
• Superb communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
• Strong PC and organizational skills.
• 3 year(s): Industrial maintenance (or related military experience), to include troubleshooting.
• Technical/other training or better.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, schedule and complete machine service for customers
• Prepare and submit documentation for efficient invoicing
• Maintain company property for safe operation and maximum life
• Efficiently manage business expenses to maximize profitability
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and assist in the establishment of the preventative maintenance schedules with customers
