Job summary

A leading manufacturer of press brake systems is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician with over 5 years of experience in servicing CNC industrial machinery. The role involves installing, troubleshooting, and repairing servo-driven press brakes and legacy hydraulic machines. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of servo motors and PLC systems, along with exceptional customer service skills. This position requires approximately 75% travel within North America, ensuring a dynamic work environment with significant responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience servicing CNC industrial machinery.
• Experience troubleshooting PLC-based control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and start up new servo press brake systems.
• Diagnose and repair servo motors and motion control components.
• Provide technical phone support as directed by the Service Manager.
