TEKsystems is seeking a Field Service Technician for a contract-based role in Portland, ME. You will install, decommission, and test PCs and related equipment, manage cables, and coordinate with a Miller representative. Availability for after-hours work is required.

You must communicate well with end clients and demonstrate hardware expertise. This onsite role in Portland offers hourly pay and benefits where eligible.

Description

The Field Service technician will be responsible for installation, decommissioning, and testing of PCs and PC related equipment. This job requires hardware expertise, and basic knowledge of cabling and cable organization. Must be comfortable with inconsistent work schedule and potentially working after hours. Technology includes setting up, cable managing, and validating with a miller rep the following: Monitor, Keyboard, facecam, misc cords/ cables, epos speaker, polycon phone.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
