Job summary

Orkin is hiring in Wisconsin for a hands-on pest-control technician role. You will inspect and install pest and home protection systems alongside a technician crew, performing attic/crawlspace services and light carpentry. Training is provided and no prior pest control experience is required.

You will communicate clearly with customers, maintain equipment, and document work on a handheld device. A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days are required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance is preferred.
• Willingness to obtain state pesticide license within 90 days (training provided).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in attics or crawlspaces.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Work collaboratively on a crew of technicians to complete tasks.
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Perform light carpentry work.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain company equipment and complete reports via handheld device.
