Job summary

Orkin is hiring as part of its field service team in Wisconsin. New hires will receive comprehensive training and a company vehicle with a gas card. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and problem solving on designated routes across commercial and residential properties.

Employees will meet customers, explain actions taken, and discuss additional pest management services to provide peace of mind. A valid driver’s license and a pesticide license within 90 days are required or supported

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Experience in skilled trades or service industries is a plus.
• Experience in professional driving or route management is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer’s location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Meet with customers in their businesses or homes to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services.
