We are hiring a Part-Time Field Service Technician (up to 35 hours/month) to provide routine technical maintenance and service in retail locations within 100 miles of DMA, MIAMI, FL. Flexible hours.

Principle Accountabilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and replace software/hardware as needed in all assigned locations. Provide detailed reports of visits to PRN/STRATACACHE HD.
• Maintain detailed records of each site visit, generate daily/weekly reports.
• Prioritize and complete all work following established policies and guidelines.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with site management and staff to support problem resolution and compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification or college degree preferred.
• 1-2 years relevant experience.
• Experience with consumer electronics, computers, software systems, and networking; prior POS troubleshooting is a plus.
• Enthusiastic self-starter with excellent communication skills; reliable and accurate; motivated to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to climb a 6’ ladder, lift 30 lbs, and use basic hand and power tools.
• Superior customer service skills and effective communication with store management, help desk, and PRN management.
