Job summary

Sorenson Communications is seeking a customer-focused installer/trainer to help Deaf and hearing customers use CaptionCall devices. You will install phones at customer sites, train users on operation, and occasionally travel to service various locations.

The role emphasizes hands-on support, clear explanations, and building confidence in customers as they communicate with family and colleagues using the CaptionCall system.

Qualifications

• Hands-on installer/trainer role handling devices and customer setup.
• Strong communication to explain usage and ensure customer comfort.

Responsibilities

• Install CaptionCall phone for customers and verify setup.
• Provide hands-on training on using the CaptionCall system and features.
• Travel to local areas to install and service devices as needed.

Job description

Pay Range: Hourly+ Piece Rate

• $12.22 to 19.52 (Based off location and experience)

Current Piece Rate (Additional compensation for completed installation):

• $25/successful installation
• $25/ successful priority service call
• $15/ successful service call
