Job summary

Sorenson Communications is seeking a caring, customer-service oriented installer/trainer to support CaptionCall customers in Denver and surrounding areas.

This hands-on role installs the CaptionCall phone for customers and trains them on how to use it to communicate over the telephone with confidence. Travel to different areas may be required, with opportunities for local work and growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with a helpful attitude.
• Able to perform installations and hands-on training.
• Comfortable working with Deaf and hearing customers.

Job description

Pay Range: Hourly+ Piece Rate

• $12.22 to 19.52 (Based off location and experience)

Current Piece Rate (Additional compensation for completed installation):

• $25/successful installation
• $25/ successful priority service call
• $15/ successful service call
