Job summary

CaptionCall is seeking a hands-on installer/trainer with a passion for helping people with hearing loss connect with the world. You will install the CaptionCall phone and train customers to use it confidently over the telephone. Qualifications

• Customer-service oriented installer/trainer experience desired.
• Experience helping people with hearing loss is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install the CaptionCall phone for customers.
• Train customers on how to use the device for telephone conversations.
• Travel locally as needed to install or service devices.

Job description

Pay Range: Hourly+ Piece Rate

• $12.22 to 19.52 (Based off location and experience)

Current Piece Rate (Additional compensation for completed installation):

• $25/successful installation
• $25/ successful priority service call
• $15/ successful service call
