Henpen Corporation is seeking a hands-on Industrial Field Service Technician to support paper mill and manufacturing operations in Lewiston, ID. You will perform on-site service, installations, and system adjustments while traveling locally as needed.

The role emphasizes independent field work, problem solving, and direct customer interaction to optimize performance across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in industrial, mechanical, chemical, or maintenance environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude (pumps, pipefitting, electrical)
• Comfort with hands-on troubleshooting and field work
• Ability to work independently and manage own schedule
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft tools / reporting systems)

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical service and troubleshooting at industrial customer sites.
• Perform equipment installs, repairs, and system adjustments.
• Conduct chemical testing and optimize system performance.
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper system operation.
• Document service activity using CRM / reporting tools.
• Partner with customers to improve reliability and efficiency
