Job summary

Reliable Door and Dock, a Vortex Doors Company, is seeking Field Service Technicians to join our growing organization and serve customers by installing and servicing overhead doors, docks, and related hardware. Qualifications

• Have one or more years of experience installing/servicing overhead doors and docks, or other similar mechanical, electrical, construction, or field service.
• Master of hand and power tools.
• Mechanical aptitude that enables you to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges.
• Be a team player who can also work independently.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with colleagues and customers.
• Have a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Capable of regularly lifting anywhere between 50-100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Installing and servicing overhead doors, docks, dock levelers, springs, cables, and other essential hardware.
• Setting up and maintaining various commercial and industrial specialty doors, equipment, and accessories.
• Ensuring quality by meticulously checking for proper installation, clearance, and balance.
• Delivering unparalleled customer service and responding to customer inquiries honestly and pleasantly.
