Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is seeking a Field Service Technician to support hospital-based medical waste services. This is a physically active role requiring on-site work with healthcare staff to exchange waste containers and maintain clean, organized staging areas.

You'll lift heavy containers, push/pull carts, and use a company smartphone to report issues and coordinate with your team. Growth from within and competitive pay accompany full benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Must be physically able to stand, move, and lift, as this is not a desk job.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull carts up to 300 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and a can-do attitude.
• Experience in labor-intensive or logistics roles is a plus.
• Excellent attention to paperwork and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with hospital staff to ensure safe and timely medical waste container exchanges.
• Inspect and service Daniels Health containers in clinical areas, including spaces around patients.
• Maintain inventory of containers and ensure locations are stocked.
• Report issues via company smartphone and communicate with the team.
• Represent Daniels Health with professionalism and strong work ethic.
