Kadant Solutions Division is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide maintenance, installation, start-up and troubleshooting for KSD products. You will develop strong customer relationships and maintain up-to-date customer information while prioritizing multiple tasks.

The role requires residing in Pennsylvania and extensive travel to customer sites. You will assist DSMs with promotions, grow consumable sales, and ensure accurate reporting and billing.

Aufgaben

• Plan, schedule and execute service, installation, start-up and troubleshooting visits.
• Assist DSMs with promotion and sales of service, contracts and parts.
• Grow consumable sales at target accounts.
• Provide accurate reports and billing documentation.
• Take field notes, survey machines and evaluate equipment.
• Communicate field modifications to engineering and train customers.
