Job summary

Ksiedge is seeking a Service Tech to install and service KSi equipment at customer sites across Kansas. The role involves setting up bins, conveyors, and scales, performing SMPs and warranty service, and occasional emergency weekend trips.

You will ensure installation reports and final photos are completed, with travel and some weekend work required. The candidate should have 0-2 years of related experience, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, read measuring tools,

Qualifications

0-2 years of experience in service work, installation, or similar.
Mechanical skills required.
Knowledge and skill using hand tools and power tools required.
Ability to read measuring tools.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Ability to lead, develop, and teach Service Tech Assistants.
Must have initiative / self-motivation.
Ability and willingness to work in a variety of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Install/Set up equipment at customer sites, including aligning and anchoring bins, conveyors, scale hoppers/scales.
Perform service work for KSi and other vendor equipment.
Execute SMPs, warranty service, and equipment service calls at customer sites.
May conduct emergency service trips on weekends.
Ensure site installation reports are completed and photos captured.
Travel to customer sites and be away during the week; some weekends may be required.
Load/unload of products at KSi plant or customer sites when needed.
