Service Motor Company is seeking a skilled service technician to inspect, repair, and set up agricultural, construction, and turf equipment. You will provide exceptional customer service both on-site and by phone, and maintain precise records of work performed.

The role requires basic technical knowledge, strong mechanical and problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to travel. A High School Diploma is the minimum education requirement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with up to 1 year of related experience.
• Basic knowledge of relevant technology.
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal & written).
• Ability to travel, including driving a vehicle with a valid license.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment and forklift.

Responsibilities

• Examines equipment and diagnoses malfunctions using EST.
• Dismantles equipment for repair with hand and power tools.
• Performs maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Tests voltage and resistance with a multimeter.
• Records time in Intellidealer and reviews work orders.
• Assembles, tests, and delivers repaired equipment.
• Performs Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and ensures readiness for delivery.
