Throne Labs is hiring a Field Service Technician in New York City. You will perform repairs addressing electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or construction issues, support fellow technicians, and assist with training onboarding. Training in Washington, DC is provided; flexible schedule based on needs.

The role offers a base hourly rate of $34.80 plus $16.14 in fringe benefits, with a comprehensive benefits package and potential equity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in plumbing, electrical work, construction basics, or remodeling.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Proficient with hand and power tools; safe operation.
• Strong troubleshooting to diagnose and fix complex issues.
• Knowledge of electrical testing procedures (voltage, continuity, current).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Weekend or after-hours availability as needed.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair Thrones on-site when issues arise.
• Prioritize and assign tasks to field service technicians.
• Interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings for installations and repairs.
• Document repairs, replacements, and inspections with records.
