Responsibilities

1. Calibrate, perform preventative maintenance, service, and repair equipment on site at customer’s location.
2. Meet or exceed customer service level agreements.
3. Provide L1/L2 phone support for DIGI service.
4. Perform site surveys prior to installation.
5. Perform installation of equipment.
6. Maintain all documentation as required.
7. Maintain service vehicle and parts inventory.
8. On-call rotation is required to support customer base.
9. Stand, squat, and kneel in various environments for long periods of time.
10. Drive long distances between customer locations.
11. All other duties as assigned.
12. To cover North New Jersey area.

Qualifications

1. Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
2. Prior experience in field service preferred.
3. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
4. Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical principles.
5. Good analytical skills for troubleshooting and diagnostics.
6. Ability to become Weights and Measures certified within 6 months of hire.

Travel

1. Travel will be required with the possibility of 10% of the time including overnight.
