About the Role

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team. You will be the face of Seegrid, providing exceptional on-site customer care and timely resolutions. Your support will focus on robotic-powered industrial vehicles at customer sites nationwide. You will work alongside top engineers, robotics experts, and customer support teams. Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and testing of powered industrial trucks and robotic systems.
  • Collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Train customer staff on safety, operation, and maintenance best practices.
  • Maintain detailed records of work, including resolutions, time, expenses, and materials.
  • Prepare for customer service calls, which may require travel on short notice.
  • Engage in ongoing skill development through product and software training.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in electrical/mechanical technology or at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to work long hours in noisy environments.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong customer service skills and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and maintain a clean driving record; passport required.
  • Independent work ethic with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Linux.
