Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction, handyman, maintenance, or remodeling experience preferred.
• Experience in residential and commercial construction.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete punch list and make-ready items on active and completed projects.
• Perform warranty and service work for homeowners and clients.
• Complete minor framing, drywall, texture, paint, trim, and finish carpentry work.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents regarding priorities.
