Job summary

Concord General Contracting is seeking a Field Support professional to tackle punch-list, warranty, repair, and general construction work across multiple jobsites in Arizona. The role is hands-on and requires quality craftsmanship with independent initiative.

You’ll assist project teams by performing carpentry, patching, painting, and finish work while keeping sites safe, organized, and well-supplied. The position emphasizes practical skills and reliability on active construction sites.

Qualifications

• Two years of commercial construction, carpentry, building maintenance, or related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read basic construction drawings and use common hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete punch-list and warranty work, including minor carpentry, drywall patching, painting, flooring repairs, door and hardware adjustments, and ceiling tile replacement.
• Perform miscellaneous construction and installation work, including backing, FRP panels, signage, wall finishes, base materials, and other building components.
• Inspect completed work, identify defects, and make corrections to meet Concord’s quality standards and client expectations.
• Track daily work, materials used, and outstanding items.
• Support Superintendents with jobsite tasks, safety concerns, and other project needs.
• Maintain clean and organized jobsites, project trailers, work areas, and company equipment.
• Pick up, deliver, and organize tools and materials.
• Safely operate hand and power tools while following all company and jobsite safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
