Job summary

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking a 1099 Apartment Maintenance Technician / Punch-List Technician in the Phoenix area. You will handle residential service calls, perform repairs across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and appliances, and coordinate with property managers to meet timelines and quality standards.

We offer fast pay and flexible scheduling with part-time or full-time opportunities, and a variety of projects.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, or related trades.
• Must own tools and be able to work independently.
• EPA certification required for HVAC work.
• General Liability Insurance is required; COI must be provided.
• W9 form with a valid Tax ID is required.
• Onboarding video training with a live vendor is required before receiving work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and installations across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and general handyman services
• Diagnose issues and provide efficient, practical solutions
• Adhere to local safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintain clear communication with the Superior team to ensure job completion and customer satisfaction
• Manage job timelines and budgets while upholding high standards of workmanship
