Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings and perform repairs (framing, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, running gear).
• Lead safety initiatives and participate in regular safety meetings and trainings.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and operate a company vehicle safely.
• Handle check-in/check-out inspections and document repair scope and damages for invoicing.
