Job summary

Wallwork Truck Center is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair heavy-duty trucks on the road, at customer sites, or in the shop. You will work independently, stay connected with your supporting branch, and travel as needed from Great Falls, MT.

Starting pay is $40+ per hour, based on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k), paid time off and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• At least five years of diesel technician experience.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with little supervision.
• A Class B or higher CDL is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, fuel, emissions, brake, steering, and hydraulic issues
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, component replacements, and test drives
• Communicate repair findings clearly with customers and your supporting branch
• Keep accurate service records and maintain your service truck, tools, and parts inventory
• Respond to service needs while on call and assist in the shop as workload changes
