Job summary

Wallwork Truck Center in Casper, WY is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair heavy-duty trucks at customer sites across the Casper, Douglas and Gillette areas. You will travel within the territory, work independently, and coordinate with the supporting branch.

You’ll perform repairs on diesel systems, maintain service records, and assist in the shop when workload allows. Starting pay is $40+ per hour, based on experience, with five 8-hour shifts and a benefits

Qualifications

• At least five years of diesel technician experience.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel throughout and support the assigned service territory.
• Strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with little supervision.
• A Class B or higher CDL is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout the Casper, Douglas, and Gillette areas to provide field service and repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, fuel, emissions, brake, steering, and hydraulic issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, component replacements, and test drives.
• Communicate repair findings clearly with customers and your supporting branch.
• Keep accurate service records and maintain your service truck, tools, and parts inventory.
• Respond to service needs while on call and assist in the shop as workload changes.

Wallwork Truck Center is hiring an experienced Field Service Technician to support customers throughout the Casper, Douglas, and Gillette, Wyoming areas. You do not need to live in Casper, but you must be able to travel throughout and service this territory.

You’ll diagnose and repair heavy‑duty trucks on the road, at customer locations, and on worksites. You’ll manage your work independently, stay connected with your supporting branch, and assist in the shop when needed.
