Job summary

Wallwork Truck Center in Casper, WY is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair heavy-duty trucks at customer sites across the Casper, Douglas and Gillette areas. You will travel within the territory, work independently, and coordinate with the supporting branch.

You’ll perform repairs on diesel systems, maintain service records, and assist in the shop when workload allows. Starting pay is $40+ per hour, based on experience, with five 8-hour shifts and a benefits

Qualifications

At least five years of diesel technician experience.
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to travel throughout and support the assigned service territory.
Strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with little supervision.
A Class B or higher CDL is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Travel throughout the Casper, Douglas, and Gillette areas to provide field service and repairs.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, fuel, emissions, brake, steering, and hydraulic issues.
Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, component replacements, and test drives.
Communicate repair findings clearly with customers and your supporting branch.
Keep accurate service records and maintain your service truck, tools, and parts inventory.
Respond to service needs while on call and assist in the shop as workload changes.
