Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year related experience or training.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage work schedule by making appointments with customers and coordinating with factory for parts.
• Verify parts with orders and install new parts or repair issues per work order.
• Maintain logbook per Department of Transportation and keep the company vehicle clean and serviced.
• Complete work orders and return to the factory by mail or personal delivery.
• Repair or replace toilets, water heaters, light fixtures, and door/cabinet hardware.
• Represent Champion Home Builders with a professional appearance and strong customer relations.
